Withdrawal of CPF contributions
Information on withdrawing CPF contributions while overseas.
For non-Singapore Citizens and non-Permanent Residents, your Central Provident Fund (CPF) account will be closed in the month following the renunciation of your Singapore Citizenship or Permanent Residency. Upon account closure,
any remaining savings will stop earning the prevailing CPF interest rate; and
your participation in the schemes administered by the CPF Board will be ceased.

Please note that overseas applications and certifications of non-original documents must be witnessed and/or certified by an official from a Singapore Overseas Mission. If you are based in Taiwan, you may book an appointment by phone (+886-2-2772-1940 ext 2222 or 2223) or by emailing singtr_tpe@mfa.gov.sg. Walk-ins are not allowed.
You will have to appear in person and bring along the following for your appointment:

The legalised copies of your old and current passports by BOCA, Taiwan
Singapore Identity Card (original and photocopy if available)
Your legalised copies of bank book or statement by BOCA, Taiwan if you wish to credit the CPF contributions to your bank account.
Other supporting documents as stated on the CPF withdrawal form (Original and a photocopy, for documents issued in Taiwan must be legalised by BOCA, Taiwan)
