Replacement of a lost NRIC
Information on reporting a lost Singapore Identity Card while overseas.

The Singapore Overseas Missions are not able to replace a lost Singapore Identity Card.
Singaporean citizens who have lost their IC are required to report the loss and apply for a replacement in person within 14 days by emailing ICA at ICA_IC_unit@ica.gov.sg. Application for a replacement IC can only be made personally at the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority. Please visit this site for more information.
